This river runs from high in the Montagne Noir on the edge of the Massif Central down into the River Aude at Trebes.The village is surrounded on three sides by the two rivers and the Canal Du Midi.

This is the doorway to the Basilica St Nazaire in the cite at Carcassonne.The architecture and detail in the stonework is stunning.The gargoyles on this building are just amazing.

Got back this evening.A hot week in the Aude.Spring has arrived at last and tourists are in town taking the boats out along the Canal Du Midi.
